1. Registration of the participants:
Enclosed please find the 7th ISTAA General Annual Meeting (AGM) registration form and program.
Please register and pay for the participation by 16th of September 2015. The registration form should be sent to info@istaa.org.
The registration fee is 180 Euro per person and cover the cost of the whole meeting, including Gala Dinner.
Members who will not be able to participate in some parts of the program pay the same fixed fee, no reductions/reimbursements apply.
2. Hotel Reservation :
ISTAA Board negotiated the best possible rates for the conference and the accommodation at Copthorne Hotel.
70 rooms Hotel 4* Copthorne Hotel At Chelsea FC are booked at following prices:
Minimum of a 2 night stay –
£84+ 20%VAT/ night BB single occupancy
£94+20%VAT / night BB double occupancy
1 night stay only:
£104+20%VAT / night BB single occupancy
£114+20%VAT / night BB double occupancy
These rates are also valid – 3 nights prior/post event for those wanting to stay during WTM Travel Show,
which will take place 2-5 November at London Excel*.
To make the cost of the accommodation as low as possible members are kindly asked to book their hotel by themselves:

To book directly the form attached must be completed and signed and sent to hotelccpay@chelseafc.com . The hotel will answer by sending a confirmation. To make the reservation the hotel needs CC details to take a guarantee (see attached) but then ISTAA Members pay upon check out.
In order to book a room, everyone must provide the code ISTA051115 to use the discounted rate.
PLEASE NOTE: 50% of the rooms non picked up will have an automatic release on 21.09.15, and after this, all the rooms not picked up will have an automatic release on 12.10.15 . After that date, rates will be subject to hotel availability. The deadline for the cancellation of your booking without penalty is only 48 hours before arrival- so you can book the hotel without any risk NOW!!!!
*FC Chelsea Hotel (address: Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS) is located 45min-1h from London Excel by subway system. Fulham Broadway is the closest tube station to the hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Then you take the district line to tower hill and change to DLR which will take you to Royal Victoria Dock.
