1. President Zbigniew Wrobel presented ISTAA achievements and plans for 2013

2. Participants agreed to adopt following resolutions:
  • The resolution about ISTAA registration in Switzerland as an formal association.
  • The resolution about approval of the ISTAA Founding Statute dated 26 November’12 . New Statute ( constitution ) of ISTAA click here.
  • The resolution about accepting the financial balance 2012
  • The resolution about accepting the budget for 2013
  • The Resolution about all Active Members participating in the General Assembly will become the founding  members of ISTAA
  • The Resolution about Board of Directors right to accept new members between AGMs
  • The Resolution about ISTAA Board  of Directors right to establish Projects (if any) and nominate Project Managers
  • The Resolution about establishing 3 Working Committees:
